Mitch Gerstein to Serve on Audience Engagement & Brand Reputation Committee of The Franklin Institute

Mitchell Gerstein, CPA, PFS, MST will be serving on the new Audience Engagement and Brand Reputation Committee at the Franklin Institute. He previously served on the Program, Marketing & Business Development Committee at the Institute for over 8 years.

Mitch is a senior tax advisor at Isdaner & Company, LLC. He joined the firm in 2018. He excels in the area of overall client engagement management with a focus on tax compliance, tax planning consultation and business advisory services.

Prior to joining Isdaner & Company, Mitchell had transitioned to an “early” retired owner from equity principal at a large national accounting firm. Mitchell has more than 30 years serving clients in the healthcare industry including multi-specialty groups, physician groups, senior living, CCRCs and home care. He recently served as a member of the board of directors and financial turnaround task force at the Simpson House, a not-for-profit retirement community.

Mitchell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Drexel University and earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation with highest honors from Widener University. His professional affiliations include: memberships in the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA-National) and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
