Lisa S. Pacell
Lisa Pacell is a member in the Accounting and Auditing department of Isdaner & Company, LLC. She joined the firm in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Lisa held management positions with regional and Big Four accounting firms and has over 15 years of broad experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal controls and tax. With diversified experience in serving privately held companies, Lisa has worked in a variety of industries including: professional service, distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate and construction, precious and non-precious metals, life sciences, not-for-profit, including those required to report under yellow book and Uniform Guidance, governmental and employee benefit plans.
Lisa is a valued advisor to her clients. She draws on her significant business and industry knowledge to offer solutions to complex issues. Through continuous communication, Lisa proactively recommends valuable process enhancements and keeps clients abreast of new laws and regulations as they emerge.
As a co-chair of the Accounting and Auditing department, Lisa provides technical guidance and support to the firm’s accounting and auditing professionals in all aspects of accounting and auditing engagements. In addition, Lisa is responsible for compliance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Peer Review Program.
Her professional affiliations include: memberships in the AICPA and PICPA. Lisa serves on the employee benefit plan committee of the PICPA. She also serves on the grants committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association, as the treasurer of the Community Arts Center and is a member of the board of directors at the National Liberty Museum where she chairs the finance committee. Lisa is a past president of the Rotary Club of Haverford Township. Other memberships include: Urban Land Institute and the Greater Philadelphia Condominium Managers Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and is certified in Pennsylvania
