Interested prospective clients begin the process by contacting our marketing director, Jill Lock, at jlock@isdanerllc.com. Jill will ask many questions to better understand the prospect’s needs. She may ask the prospective client for past tax returns and financial records as this will give us a picture of the prospect’s current situation. Jill will then discuss this information with the accounting team. An appropriate leader will be selected based on the criteria discussed. The team leader will then contact the prospective client to discuss the services to be provided. We will provide an engagement letter detailing our services and then the extraordinary experience with Isdaner & Company will begin.
