Arthur Zatz joined the firm in 2012 and is a special consultant in the tax department of Isdaner & Company. He is an attorney with 40 years of experience in the tax area. Arthur previously practiced in the tax departments of Wolf Block and more recently at Cozen O’Connor. Arthur provides advice in individual and entity tax planning, exempt organization structuring and compliance, charitable giving, public finance, employment services and executive compensation. He has assisted closely-held and public businesses, real estate ventures, hospitals and nursing homes, and public housing authorities. In the exempt organization area, Arthur has worked with cultural institutions, religious organizations, health related entities, business leagues and political organizations.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Arthur is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the Exempt Organizations Committee of the American Bar Association’s Tax Section.

Arthur earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
