Brian Ramirez started his accounting internship with the firm in January 2021 and became a full-time employee as a staff accountant in the audit and accounting department in October 2021. He graduated from the University of Delaware in May 2021. Here is why Brian decided to work at Isdaner & Company.

“I chose to work at the firm full-time after graduation as my experience as an intern was rewarding. I was able to work on challenging work in both audit and tax. It was a good feeling to be able to contribute to meaningful and thought-provoking engagements. When I was offered a full-time position, it was an easy decision to make.

It’s hard to pinpoint my favorite part about working full-time at Isdaner & Company. Some of my favorite things: are the flexibility of our work schedule, the emphasis on the importance of work-life balance, and the diversity of both our employees and the clients we serve. Also, our HR team is constantly looking for new ones. fun and exciting events to hold for the employees of the firm, such as attending a Phillies game or Top Golf.

My advice to others considering joining Isdaner & Company: if there is any reason you are hesitant, speak to the person interviewing you about your concerns. In my experience, everyone from the in-charges and managers to the partners is more than willing to be flexible and work with you to resolve any concerns you may have.
