Jill may ask for financial and tax documents. She will then share this with the appropriate accounting team to make the right match. The leader of the accounting team will then make contact with the prospect and answer questions and address concerns. Once all is discussed and the prospect wishes to move ahead in the selection of Isdaner & Company as their accounting firm, an engagement letter will be issued. This letter outlines the terms of the engagement, including services provided and fees, responsibilities, and timeline. After the engagement letter is signed by the prospect, the client relationship begins. We are committed to building long relationships with our clients based on trust and communication.
