Carl Lysaght is a senior manager in the Firm’s tax department. He joined Isdaner & Company in 2025. In this capacity, Carl directs all aspects of tax engagements, manages the teams that work on multiple clients to insure engagements are completed on time and in budget, trains the teams on relevant software, serves as an advisor to mid-market businesses in issues relating to the taxation of mergers and acquisitions, multi-state taxation of pass-through entities and their owners and potential issues involving international operations.
He has over a decade of accounting experience and previously worked in leadership positions at two major international accounting firms. Carl has extensive experience working with mid-market, multi-state passthrough business entities with complex capital structures, as well as high-net-worth families.
Carl has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Rowan University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
